This spacious villa was completely repainted, the pool deck replaced and all new furnishings! This magnificent Spanish-style family villa boasts 5 bedrooms each with en-suite and spectacular unobstructed ocean views.
The villa sits on a large double lot with a landscaped garden lot that the pool deck overlooks. This property has an open concept kitchen with a breakfast nook and bar. The kitchen and living room connect to the pool deck that boasts a large solar-heated salt water pool, outdoor shower, dining & lounging areas with an expansive views of the Caribbean Sea and brilliant sunsets. There is also a separate laundry room.
The land is fenced and the property is gated. There are traditional vaulted ceilings and beautiful terracotta floors throughout the home.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor plus game room with foosball table and board games, 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and built-in closets, and 2 bedrooms directly connect to the pool deck. Upstairs you will find a large room with 2 queen beds with a spacious en-suite bathroom and private balcony with the same stunning views.
There is also a one bedroom apartment on the lower level of the property which serves as the 5th bedroom (with exterior access). The apartment has a wet bar with coffee maker and also has a view of the ocean as well as it's own washer & dryer
