Summary:
Beautiful duplex in Madrid city center with two terraces, super spacious and with loads of sunlight. Recently facelifted and redecorated with a modern, industrial style, AC in all rooms, swimming pool (from mid-June to mid-September) and indoor parking included in the rental price during all your stay. Excellent public transport communications to get to the historic city center in 15-20 minutes. Enjoy Madrid while relaxing like home in a quiet residential area in the capital city.
The Space:
The apartment consists of two floors, the access floor being located on the lower floor. On such floor we will find a very bright and spacious living room that also serves as dining room, a lovely, large furnished terrace - ideal for dining al fresco -, the kitchen, a full bathroom with bath tub and a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. If we take the spiral staircase we will reach the upper level, where we will find another bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, a full bathroom with shower cabin and an individual bedroom with a single bed. An indoor parking spot in the same building will be available for guests at all times during their stay.
Guest Access:
Guests can access all rooms in the apartment without sharing with anyone else. The garage and the swimming are communal, so they are shared with the other neighbors in the building.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a very quiet residencial area within the Tetuan district, perfect to relax and sleep well at night. However, less than a 10 minute walk away, you can find multiple bars, restaurants, shops and the lively area that surrounds the Santiago Bernabéu stadium and the El Corte Inglés largest mall (Nuevos Ministerios) just 20 minutes away on foot. Getting Around:
It has excellent public transport communications: the nearest underground stations are Estrecho (line 1) and Francos Rodríguez (línea 7), both 9 minutes away on foot. From there you can get to the historic center (Puerta del Sol, for instance) in 15-20 minutes. This apartment is ideal if you want to leave the car at home and explore the city using public transport but, if you're planning to drive out of town (Toledo, Ávila, Segovia...), the M30 (Madrid´s main ring motorway) is only 5 minutes away.
