The Space:

Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
This is a fully furnished apartment unit which features a full kitchen, dishes, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, cooking utensils, spices, condiments, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and anything else you will need!!
The North Loop Street Car station is just right outside the door. You'll also have access to the gym, amazing lounge areas, rock climbing wall, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, indoor soccer and so much more!
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the key fob. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.

Getting Around:
You can bring your car, take the street car or use Lyft and Uber! So many things to do and see in a walkable distance.

House Rules. No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. No Parties. This is the place for paying guests to pre-game before they go to the party, not host a party.
