Kitchen complete with dishes, glasses and all cooking utensils. Monday night is trash night. Please put cans out and bring them in on Tuesday. Cans must remain out of sight per the local HOAs.

Summary: The check-in process was haphazard and we had to contact the host to learn about the property access code, location of the garage door clicker, WIFI password, location of the house key, trash pickup information. These things should have been given to us by the host prior to arrival. The sliding door to the backyard has no lock on it. It appears to have been ripped out at some point. Securing the door required placing a metal rod in the track on the floor. Very inconvenient. The lock to the master bedroom did not work. We always lock the master at night as a precaution. The host offered to send a handyman over to repair it, but the last thing we want on our vacation is to have to manage property repair. We rented the place for a month and there was no dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, nor any laundry detergent. When I called to ask about this, she said she only provides those things for short-term rentals. She only rents this house for 1 month or more. The vacuum cleaner turned on but had no suction. I asked her to swing by with one so I could clean up after a couple of weeks, but she actually lives in Prescott, AZ. She said she would order one for the house while we're there--it never arrived. The backing of the front doormat has glued itself to the laminate floor and cannot be moved. The garage has a bunch of leaves and trash in it and needs to be cleaned out. It's painfully obvious the host has little idea about the condition of this property.
