The Space:
Our one-bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Kansas City! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, has stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
There is one space in the building’s parking garage included with your stay. We cannot provide parking for additional vehicles and are not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of using this amenity. We also cannot provide alternative parking for oversized vehicles that will not fit in the garage.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
The gym is available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use it. Since we do not control this part of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if this amenity is not available; whether for routine maintenance or any other issue. Abusing this privilege may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

This area offers something for everyone. The Downtown location allows easy access to dining, shopping, entertainment, and much more. Located right on Main St in the Library District, there are common necessities such as ATMs, coffee shops, and additional parking if needed. This modern suite is within walking distance to large attractions such as the Power and Light District, Barney Allis Plaza, Kansas City Convention Center, Municipal Auditorium, Sprint Center, and The Grand Ballroom.
Getting Around:
If you’re traveling on your own, our suite is within easy access to I-70 and I-35. There is also public transportation and Uber is easily accessible given the popular location. Kansas City’s Streetcar connects the River Market area to Crown Center and Union Station. It has stops every 2 blocks down Main Street and the nearest stop is right in front of the building.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
