The Space:
Our one bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Tampa! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals and a Keurig coffee maker to enjoy coffee in the mornings. A full-size washer and dryer is located on the patio for your convenience. The bathroom includes both a tub and shower.
Please note, this unit is on the third floor of the building, however there is an elevator for you to utilize during your stay. As this apartment is located in an older building, it may be more susceptible to external noise. We can provide ear plugs during your stay upon request.
Our check-in process takes roughly 15 minutes from start to finish. Please be sure to read the instructions in the link that we sent you very carefully so as to not miss any details.
There is no parking included with this stay, there is very limited street parking available in the area for you to utilize if needed.
There are currently new developments going up in the area so you may experience areas with construction during your stay.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
