"This spacious 1BR space packs a powerful punch, with glorious floor-to-ceiling windows, an even gloriouser view, and free parking. Plus, you’re centrally located to go anywhere in the city. Downtown Kansas City is the center of activity: world-class restaurants, tourist destinations, and an endless selection of nightlife, this is where you want to be if you’re trying to see and do it all, party animals and gym rats alike.
This property does not come with a dedicated parking spot included in your stay. However, there are several nearby parking options available! There is free and metered street parking in the area - so please pay close attention to posted signs. Parking at all metered spots is free on city holidays and you can use the ParkSmartKC app to pay the meter from your phone.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!"
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Summary: We had a quick one night stay in KC to attend a concert at T-mobile. It was so close, within walking distance! Fantastic! The apartment itself was clean and nice. Liked it very much! There were 3 adults, so 2 we’re able to sleep in the bedroom and one on the couch. We wanted to use the pulllout, but couldn’t get it to actually pullout, just fyi. Not a huge dealbreaker since we only had 3 adults. The biggest challenge was the parking situation. The parking garage isn’t attached, which isn’t horrible, but you have to walk across the street. The other issue, check to ensure you have the actual parking pass in the unit immediately when you check in. I failed to do that and when we left, realized it wasn’t there. Had to pay for parking. The parking garage doesn’t have an attendant, the machine gave an error after we paid and said we couldn’t get a receipt. I messaged the property and advised I could give a copy of the debit card receipt, but haven’t received a reply, it’s been a week. I obviously had to pay to get out of the garage and the listing said a parking pass is supplied in the apartment. The reply I originally received from the property manager is “Did you advise us when you checked in of the missing pass?” We’ll no I didn’t because I wasn’t looking for it until I was leaving. So be warned, CHECK FOR THE PARKING PASS immediately when you enter the apartment. Or you will be paying on your own and not reimbursed. Overall, it’s a great apartment.
