The men's suite is our most spacious apartment. Fully equipped with an open kitchen, a large, bright bathroom with shower, bathtub, a bedroom with a comfortable boxsprint double bed and plenty of living space with an elegant leather couch and additional sleeping space and a large sunny balcony to the courtyard. Our absolute top apartment suite with deluxe equipment, large open kitchen with seating area for up to 6 people, large bathroom area, bathtub and daylight windows, spacious lounge with leather couch, sunny balcony to the courtyard and highly comfortable box spring bed in the idyllic bedroom, a sofa bed is ideal for the family with children, a baby travel bed can also be delivered. Our Superior Suite offers special flair and the highest level of equipment comfort, the FUHRMANN SUITE is the highlight on the top floor of the manor house; on around 60 square meters, fully equipped. Everything you could want for a relaxing stay in a historic, completely rebuilt half-timbered house. You enjoy an extraordinary calm in the same ambience. The FUHRMANN SUITE is rented to a company for long-term stays by managers; the tenant releases the suite if available. Minimum stay 3 days.
Live like at home - temporarily. The Anno Domini 1716 itself consists of 2 building ensembles - the courtyard stables, an over 300 year old half-timbered barn and the manor house with a distinctive half-timbered design. Both were acquired by us at the beginning of 2018 and brought up to the latest standard in an elaborate design. The property was completely gutted, the trusses were refurbished and a total of 10 perfectly tailored, climatic, technical well-being units were prepared using only building biologically selected and natural materials. The outer facade has been preserved, including the wood-clay compartments and the masonry made of natural bricks behind it. Inside, a purely natural insulation plaster and insulation materials were used to ensure a perfect climate, the expansion itself was carried out with sand-lime brick and in a wooden construction. The apartments themselves are perfect for self-catering with cozy. comfortable double bed suitable for allergy sufferers, spacious shower / toilet, full pantry kitchen, WiFi and TV / radio and some with a large balcony. The courtyard offers storage facilities for bicycles, vehicles can be parked in the underground car park, which is monitored around the clock, 3 minutes away. In Wagnergasse itself there is only destination traffic, which guarantees incomparably pleasant tranquility in the middle of the city center.
Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and departure is from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
