A 4 bedroom shack on the river in the heart of Mannum only 1hr from Adelaide. Located on the Adelaide side there is no need to cross ferry. Full river frontage. Sleeps 10. Lots of parking inside property. Boat/jet ski can be moored at the front. BBQ, air conditioned, 2x kayaks, washing machine plus more. Only a few minutes walk to Maryanne reserve and a couple minutes further to the Mannum Club and Pretoria Hotel. Walking distance to the Main Street. 5 minutes from the public boat ramp.
Linen is not included.

Bed 3, 1 x single bunks
Bed 4, 2 x single bunks
No parties please and no extra camping guests are allowed. Our neighbours are to be respected - please turn off all music at midnight. Strict eviction rules apply should complaints be made.
Please bring your own sheets, towels, hand towels, tea towels. Pillows (with covers) and Quilts (with covers) provided. Please bring your own pillows if you are particular with these.
No party policy. House runs on mains, please don't flush any other items besides toilet paper. No trespassing onto adjoining land or jetty’s. If kayak is used, life jackets must be worn at all times. All rubbish to be disposed of in bins provided. If there is excess rubbish you must takenitnwith you. No burning of unnatural materials. No fireworks. No smoking inside.
