Please note the pool and spa can be heated, but if you plan to use the heater there will be an additional daily fee charged.
Following booking we verify identity to ensure we're hosting the person who has booked.
Pets are only allowed if disclosed in advance. We need to know the type and number of pets before confirming. There will likely be a small additional pet fee to cover additional cleaning costs.
Events (gatherings of any type) must be disclosed to us in advance for permission, generally we don't allow events but might consider small ones.
Smoking is allowed only outside away from open doors and windows. If we need to remove the scent of smoking inside the property we will charge an extra cleaning fee for the cost and time required to do so.
Please avoid being TOO LOUD outside, especially after 10pm, our relationship with our neighbors is very important to us!
