Strong lingering odors (smoke, etc.) – $600–$1200

Hot tub left dirty or contaminated (e.g food, oils, broken glass, improper use) – $100–$250
All charges are fully documented with cleaner invoices and photos.
Parking & Arrival:
- Max 3 vehicles: 2 cars in the paved or gravel driveway and 1 on the street in front of the house
Please avoid garden bed borders when driving on gravel
- No parking in front of neighboring homes
- All vehicles must be registered
