Nice 2023 Avenger located in a gated community right outside of town with access to the Caddo River! Has fire pit, BBQ grill (charcoal), camp chairs, marshmallow roasters, all basic kitchen supplies. All you need to bring are your own linens! (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels). Kayak down from Caddo Gap and take out here or just take a chair down to the River and hangout for the day!
The space
Stay in a gated community with access to the Caddo! Rare find. You'll have the entire lot to yourself, plenty of parking and space for activities. Caddo can be accessed at the neighborhood access point right down the road. Shuttle your private kayaks with one of the outfitters and take out at the neighborhood! Conveniences like gas stations and restaurants are only a mile away.
Bedroom has a queen bed and it's own half bathroom. The couch folds into a bed, U shaped dinette makes into a bed, and there are also bunk beds.
Large refrigerator/freezer, plenty of storage, basic cooking utensils, gas oven/stove, and an outside charcoal BBQ grill. Camp chairs and campfire roasters are provided. Firewood is provided. (please be aware of burn bans)
