Located in Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa with private pool sleeps up to 8. Let’s go over the bedrooms quickly. The first bedroom, the master bedroom is large, has a king-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. And the third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds in each, perfect for the younger members of the family. You’ll love the kitchen. It has white appliances, large countertops, light-colored cabinets, and it comes fully equipped. It also has a breakfast bar with seating for up to 3 people. This is a great place to sit down and have a cup of coffee while socializing with those in the kitchen. In addition to the breakfast bar, there is also a breakfast nook just off of the kitchen that seats 4 people, and there is a formal dining area just behind the living room that seats up to 6 people. The living room is a good size. It has two confortable sofas, a large flat screen TV, and access to the pool via glass patio doors that both let in plenty of natural light and let those who want to go to the pool out. The pool area has views of the golf course, and it is screened in to keep out those pesky Florida bugs. The pool is large and inviting, and there are 4 sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan. For those who want to stay out of the sun, there is a patio table and chairs under a covered lanai. Don’t want to go outside? Try out the games room. Here, you’ll find a pool table and a basketball game. You’re sure to spend hours in this room.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
