Located on the top of the Peterborg Penninsula, this home is one of the few in St. Thomas with water views from both sides of the villa. Look east to the BVI and St. John or west to Magens Bay and Puerto Rico. Large patios on each side of the house so you can shade or sun at all times of the day. Great room is across pool from the Bedrooms so the night owls won't disturb the sleepers. The pool in the middle protects it from the breeze, plus it is heated, for perfect swimming 12 months a year.
Beautifully landscaped, in a private, gated community, with its own electric gate to insure your privacy.
Close to Magen's Bay Beach and the Mahogany Run Golf Course.

Summary: Our family stayed here Christmas week 2021 and could not be happier with the villa and location. The views are unmatched, really just breath taking. We loved that the bedrooms were separate from the kitchen and living area and the pool was a wonderful treat after spending days at local beaches. The house is well equipped with everything needed to cook for a crowd. Hans was absolutely wonderful! Always easy to reach and work with for anything we needed. The estate is in a gated neighborhood and the villa itself was also private and gated. We felt very safe.
