Located off Indiana and 82nd, this home is perfect for comfortable stays both short and long.
Our property has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and a large backyard.
The living room has a brand-new couch/ loveseat set and a 65-inch smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded. You are more than welcome to log into your personal account or use the screen mirroring function on tablets and laptops, since we do not provide cable. The internet in this property is fast and you're welcome to hook up your laptop or gaming system to the TV as well.
Our kitchen comes stocked with the cooking and utensil basics to cook a meal during your stay. Stainless steel oven, fridge, dishwasher, sink and other appliances make this kitchen a dream to cook in. The large dining table sits just to the side and allows plenty of seating, which could double as a place to setup your laptop and work from home.
The bathroom is clean, updated, and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer is mounted on the wall and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a king bed, while the other two have queens. We've been told they are the comfiest to stay on and are often asked where they are from. New linens in each bedroom also spice up the décor in this property. Two nightstands are on each side of the beds, and closet space with hangers allows you to hide away luggage.
The laundry room is right next to the kitchen for use with an iron and ironing board available.
All areas of the home are available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.
Geneva's Place is located off of Indiana and 82nd in a well established neighborhood. It is quiet and located on a cul-de-sac street. Texas Tech is only a ten minute drive from the house.
There is plenty of grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants nearby. Lubbock is a large city and it's best if you have your own vehicle. If you do not, you can use either Lyft or Uber rideshare services during your stay.
This property is pet friendly, but we do ask that you let us know if you'll be bringing your furry friends with you. You are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning they cause. Please plan on keeping them off of furniture and out of beds. With that being said, the backyard is xeriscaped and not the most accommodating to animals.
The garage is not available at this property.
