Positive: Being on the edge of German village and close to downtown is nice.
Negative: The place has a run-down feel. The air in the unit, which is below ground, is dank and smells. The place needs some basic maintenance taken care of with many basic issues, like the toilet rocks when you get on it, the dining area chair totally fell apart when I sat on it, and I only weigh 135lbs, the shower head needs to be replaced, the front door knob is falling off, the front stair railing is so wobbly that you can’t put any weight on it, and there’s mold around the windows. The wifi didn’t work for half our stay. The TVs didn’t work. The kitchen cupboards are a ramshackle assortment of abandoned things, there are only three mugs, and one had a handle that is broken. We wouldn’t recommend this place. My family wanted to leave the moment we walked in the door.
Summary: Not a place we would recommend.
