The apartment is equipped with LED TV (digital terrestrial and satellite channels in clear), Wi-Fi system (also cable internet connection), heating, air conditioning, telephone and safe. The boundaries of the ZTL are marked by road signs and have access doors monitored by cameras that detect all the license plates of passing vehicles.
Customers entering the ZTL, as soon as they reach Dimora, are required to communicate the license plate number to the staff of Dimora or the garage in order to insert it into the whitelist ( possible at check in/check out for load /unload the luggage); every access should be communicated, the time is limited.
