Oil-fired central heating. Balcony. Garage. Partly enclosed land of 500 m². 15 m² terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and fixed barbecue. Parking in front of the chalet. Including charges. For professional rentals, mandatory cleaning will be requested (€66) and bathroom linen rental €10 per person and per stay and €20 for sheets per bed, €20 per stay as well. Near the owners' house (good independence of the two houses). Baby equipment: cot with sheets, high chair, changing mat, bath, potty, stroller, playpen, safety barrier for stairs, deckchair. Only one animal is accepted at a time. You will be welcomed at the gîte by the owners.
