You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable and serene retreat. Our Glamping RV Tuscan Villa is a Tuscany wine country themed RV with 3 rooms - queen bed in the bdrm, full size pull out couch and queen size bunk bed in the living room and full size futon couch in the den - sleeps 8.

This cozy Tuscany themed 3 room RV has all the luxuries of home with a fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cooking pans, coffee mugs, and wine glasses! We provide the basic spices, olive oil, coffee, creamer, and sugar. There is a refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, Keurig, and microwave. Bring your favorite coffee pod and enjoy while sitting on the porch overlooking the pond and trees watching the Cardinals and Blue Jays and the deer coming in to drink from the pond. There is wifi, basic channels with TV, DVD player, stereo, games, colors & coloring books, and Dominoes to enjoy as well.
The Villa has an air-conditioner and heater in all 3 rooms and fans. In the bedroom is a queen bed, in the living room the sleeper couch is a full size bed and the loft bunk is queen size and in the den is a full size futon couch. It can sleep 8 adults comfortably. Due to the fact that our rates are so reasonable we must charge a $25 per person charge for every person over 4 people.
The hot water heater has been updated to be "on demand" - endless hot water. The RV toilet has been replaced with a house style toilet.
Off the den and out the sliding glass doors is a landing that sits on the pond dam! Next to the landing and beside the Villa is a deck where you can relax and enjoy your favorite beverage while grilling up your favorite foods on the BBQ (we provide the propane). All this in your own private serene location with views of the pond and trees.
Bring S’mores makings and enjoy roasting marshmallows over the fire in the fire pit. We provide a couple bundles of wood and starter twigs for the fire pit. If it has been raining our wood will be wet. You may want to pick up some dry wood or fire logs and lighter fluid to get our wet wood going and to have more fires. If it is exceptionally dry we may be in a burn band - but not to worry we will have a propane fire pit for you to enjoy and make those S'mores!
