This property has been well thought off to keep tenants needs. Basement is separated & private. Nothing to share. Basement use the backyard entrance. pets are welcome for a fee. This is 2 floors townhouse apartment .
Main level composed of; Living room, Dining area, foyer, coat closet , half bath and kitchen (fridge, cabinets, cookware, silverware plates and glasses....),
Upstairs composed of : Master bedroom , 2nd bedroom queen and 3rd bedroom one twin 1 bathroom, and laundry unite
One reserved parking spot. Non reserved parking is available too.

You will have the place for yourself. The basement is locked-out on both sides. Basement has its own independence; entrance, bath, kitchen and laundry .

Three bus lines stop right off the community only 50 ft out
Community Center is across the street next to Safeway. Indoor swimming-pool admission is $5.00 only. Center Stage has interesting program most of the time , admission is $10

Reston Town Center have concert every Sat night during summer but it a living center day and night. Eat, shop and play. Parking is free in any of Reston Town Center.
Reston Lake Ann Plaza is a place to enjoy lake with cozy housing and vegetation. Often, management have international events and art exhibition also Kayak and canoe for rent from the bookshop , Yes the Book Shop! 1623 Washington Plaza (near the fountain). Right off the community there is a bus that goes to the Reston Town center as well. and Metro silver line
Metro is very close by and will take you to the heart of DC . All day parking at the metro station is only $5.00
