Positive: -15 minute walk to old town -3 blocks from major grocery store -hottub and pool area nice and clean, grounds well kept -quiet building -layout nice for couple travelling -check in easy, issues dealt with by manager -king size bed comfortable
Negative: -VERY dirty. Blood noted on roof, pubes on wall, toilet paper shoved to close misc holes, mold in bathroom. Looks like linen gets changed, towels washed, counters wiped, and that’s the only cleaning done in last 5 years -bedroom furniture dated, falling apart, warped With some cleaning and updating the unit could be far better.
Summary: Dirty Rental, Good Location if you like to walk.
