The kitchen with breakfast nook has marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for your entertaining/cooking pleasure. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both have king beds with memory foam toppers, smart TV’s and all bedding/towels are available to you. The spacious living-dining room area opens onto the beautiful lanai with views of the 14th green and amazing sunsets. New lighting throughout.
We are steps away from the Clubhouse, golf course, Tennis courts, main pool and hot tub, bocce courts and fine restaurants! Golf privileges can be transferred for a fee. There are so many activities and options including the 18 hole Championship Golf Course, 12 lit tennis courts, access to 3 pools, fitness center with 7 classes of all kinds every day, bocce ball, library, computer room. The Tiki Club is on the 5 acre lake with an Olympic sized swimming pool and large hot tub, a sand beach, fitness center, bar and a one mile walking/jogging track around the lake. There are many lakes and ponds and beautiful landscaping everywhere!
Lexington Country Club is 20 minutes from SW Florida International Airport (RSW) and close to Barbara Mann Theatre, Hertz arena, both spring training fields for the Twins and the Red Sox, shopping and beaches. Come live the active lifestyle!
