This second floor (top floor) END unit has high ceilings & fabulous views of the golf course and lake from the balcony & Primary Bedroom areas. Great Room & Kitchen Combo offers Formal Dining and an Eat In Kitchen, a Breakfast Bar, Stainless Appliances, Granite Counters and Plenty of Cabinet Space.
Kitchen: Enjoy our fully equipped modern kitchen with 42" white cabinetry with crown molding, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat surface range, built in microwave, dishwasher and closet pantry. There is also a breakfast nook with 4 seat table. The kitchen has a counter height breakfast bar which opens up to the great room.
Dining area: The dining room table is set for 4, but has room for 6. Matching chairs in kitchen can be moved if needed.
Great Room: The great room is the perfect place to relax and watch TV or just sit and enjoy the beautiful views through the sliding glass door. Large sectional couch with two ottomans plus separate chair. There is also a coffee table (not pictured)
Balcony: Relax and enjoy the gorgeous golf course and water views from your screened in balcony complete with a large flat screen TV and two outdoor chairs.
Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom overlooks the golf course and water and comes complete with a King size bed, an en-suite bath with double sink vanity, two walk in closets and a glass enclosed shower.
Second Bedroom: This bedroom includes a Queen size bed and is located next to the Guest bathroom which includes a single sink vanity with a tub and shower combination.
Den/Office: This large space includes a couch, two chairs plus a desk and printer.

Community requires a registration form and a lease agreement to be signed.
