A Golfer’s Paradise in warm sunny Florida. Verandah is a gated Golf and Country Club community in Fort Myers. Our getaway is a one level home with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and a full bath with yours and my sinks, whirlpool tub and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, with a en-suite bath featuring a walk in shower (with hand rails). The third bedroom has a queen bed with access to a full bath. In addition, there is a den with a sleeper sofa. Large private screened lanai has outdoor dining, a pool and hot tub. There are 3 large screen TVs with cable located in the family room, master bedroom and the lanai. Internet service is provided. For the foodies, the kitchen is fully equipped right down to the All-Clad pots and pans. Additional amenities include a full size laundry room and a 2 car garage. There are 9 miles of walking and biking trails and a health club. This rental includes a Club Membership with family privileges at the fitness center, tennis, bocce, kayaks, pool, day spa and social activities.
Now lets talk Golf! Verandah has two championship golf courses one designed by Jack and Jackie Nicklaus of Golden Bear Development Company and the other by Robert Cupp, which are available for an additional charge. We are 15-20 minutes from downtown Ft Myers and RSW Airport. Bonita Beach and Naples are nearby. The Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox have their spring training in Ft Myers. Everglades National Park is one and a half hours away.
