You and your family will love the spacious open floor plan which is perfect for cooking and enjoying a wonderful meal, and cards or games afterward. You'll also delight in the bonus "common" spaces in the home... a screened porch, a 2nd floor den which offers a WII and theatre chairs, a home office if anyone needs to stay in touch with their work "family"! Although the home is just a short bike ride or (even a walk), away from Rehoboth's beaches, boardwalk, restaurants and shops... you may want to stay in the community a day or so. The Grande at Canal Pointe offers 2 large outdoor pools, fitness center, clubhouse and tennis courts. The property also offers three 1st FL bedrooms for the mobility impaired, a bidet in the main bath, a fenced yard for your furry friend, a gas BBQ grill, 1 bike, 2 beach chairs and 1 kayak for guest use. The community is also adjacent to the bike trail entrance … in 30 minutes, you could be strolling through quaint and historic Lewes... which is to the north and on the Delaware Bay. Have a rainy day? There are 7 smart TVs in the home, so everyone can stream their current favorite show! Or hop on the recumbent bike in the basement! This home is the perfect "home base" for your Rehoboth Beach vacation. As this listing is new.. book now so you get your first choice of week(s). NO smoking please.
