This beautiful corner unit #517 is located in Tidewater Beach Resort which is a half-mile from Pier Park. It offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo very spacious and sleeps 10. There is a gorgeous wrap around balcony that offers views of the Gulf all the way to Pier Park without leaving your unit. There is one primary bedroom with a King bed and it's own private bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the bunk area. Tidewater offers a variety of amenities including two huge lagoon pools, indoor heated pool, a roman spa, movie and media center, 4,300 sq ft fitness center and a 5,000 sq. ft. conference center. The complex also has a restaurant and a convenience store that serves Starbucks coffee.

Summary: There were multiple issues with this unit. The washer had mold inside and smelled horrible. It was not usable. There were blood stains on the blanket and pillow on the bottom bunk bed and stains on the couch cushions. The bunk beds were not stable for kids to sleep on. They did send someone to fix them and replace the stained linens. They also sent someone to clean the washer but it needs to be replaced. I would not wash my clothes in it, so that was a big disappointment to not be able to wash clothes. There was mold around the soap holder in the shower. The floors needed to be cleaned. Overall for the cost we expected the unit to be cleaner. Also, there is a storm drain that goes into the ocean on the side of the condos so there is pond water flowing into the swimming area for the condo. That was very disappointing as well.
