Welcome to our bright and spacious 3BD/3.5BA home located in Corinthian Gardens gated community at the World Tennis Club. You will enjoy our newly remodeled kitchen, with Quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, floor to ceiling pantry, and new Stainless Steel appliances. Walk into this bright and inviting space with cathedral ceilings, bay windows, spectacular lake views, and upgraded bathrooms. Lots of room for family to visit, with two en-suites on the second floor, yet lots of privacy with the master bedroom on the main level. Watch sunrises over the lake every morning from your own enclosed lanai while sipping your first cup of coffee.
Located only Central Naples, you are only minutes away from downtown Naples, Venetian Village, Mercato Shops/Nightlife/Dining, and the power white sand of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico Beaches.
World Tennis Center is a unique community with lush mature landscaping, and some of the best tennis courts in Naples: 16 courts - 12 har-tru-clay and 4 hard courts, 10 lighted courts - heated community pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, saunas, a poolside cafe restaurant, an exercise room, tennis pro-shop, a children's playground, and beautiful grounds! Summary: Wonderful people. The community averages ages were 75-85. A little too old for us. NO match play like the website advertises. The manager was very rude and said that “It is not the place for renters to play tennis” She actually told me I needed to play somewhere else! It cost me 450 to play at the Emilo Sanchez academy across the street! They were amazing but we paid 10,000 for a month to play tennis! If it wasn’t for some of the lovely residents, I would have never played, I called the pro shop 6 times months before our stay to get my match play organized. I never got a call back. Pro very nice but did not organize match play as advertised. A resident volunteer did and she said it was booked a month ago. Renters have literally no time to play! She said I could call next November to play next March, but she had nothing. Really? Our hosts were wonderful, but they hadn’t seen the house since November. Cabinets were a mess and dirty. All beach chairs broken and last renters dirty soap and shampoo left in all bathroom. So much clutter in all the closets. The fitness center was joke and disgusting.I have never have given a bad review and I debated because the hosts were so nice and they helped us get our dog in, but it’s their responsibility to make sure the house is clean and there a beach chairs that work as well as making sure renters can play tennis.I would not recommend the WTC! We found a brand new community far nicer for next year with organized tennis for 5 000
