This charming 1900 square foot home is in an upscale suburb of Omaha. With 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 2 additional beds in the finished basement (and also a mini- office area), a large living and dining area plus a kitchen on the 1st floor and an attached garage. The home has 2 & 1/2 bathrooms with a Jacuzzi tub in the Master. This spacious home is perfect for a large family, business travelers or small groups. Conveniently near downtown, this cozy home away from home is the perfect retreat!

We do not allow:
Parties. Please respect the space and the neighbors and keep noise levels down 10pm-10am, our neighbors are very strict about this and will call the cops if they hear a party or excess noise, so please let's avoid that.
Having more people than you listed on your reservation.
Smoking in the house. Smoking of any kind inside the home is subject to a $500 fee.
Any evidence of use of illegal drugs (i.e.. smoke).
NO drugs are allowed on the premises whatsoever including the backyard.
**We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind at the home or on the property. We do not allow more people at the property than are listed on your reservation. This is a family neighborhood and we expect all guests to be respectful of the home and neighbors.
The neighbors are highly sensitive to noise so we also do not allow loud speakers at the property. Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from the home and a $500 fine. You may only have the amount of people on the property are listed on your reservation. If you plan to have more people at the home or property than those listed on your reservation, you need to contact us in advance to get approval. Failure to do so may result in eviction.

You are welcome to use our spacious kitchen, cozy living room and dining room, and downstairs office area. Enjoy the relaxing patio outside as well. Free Wi-Fi, cable and washer are provided. There is plenty of parking in the driveway in front of the house. :-)
