Summary: Very nice street in German Village. We had never encountered management that charged $extra/ hour (I’m not allowed by site to put amount in) for early check-in (regular, 4 pm). Then, we couldn't get in for half an hour (paid for) because key pad didn't function. Mgmt finally said it had been causing problems and told us where a key was hidden. No "manual" for renters -- garbage pick-up times, trash placement, and so on. Awkward: no door between bedroom and bathroom. Any movement in upstairs unit was heard downstairs. Note: no railings for steps from street and to porch, for elderly. All rather basic, but cleanliness and location offset other features. Management responded quickly when contacted. We were satisfied.
