PERFECT! 2 MASTER SUITES! 2 LIVING ROOMS! MINT CONDITION! WALK TO BEACH, BAY, POOL! BEST RATES IN SALT MEADOWS!! Now accepting reservations for 2024. Weeks are going fast!!! Luxury and comfort! Located in Salt Meadows, a luxury townhouse community of 20 homes. This spectatular 5-bedroom, 4-bath bayside home is the perfect place for a beach getaway (guests will need to cross Route 1 to access the beach). This property is so unique - beach, bay and pool are just steps away from the front door! 3,000+ square feet of beautifully appointed space - designed with luxury yet comfortable family living in mind. The interior has recently been professionally painted so the place looks good as new!!!! Upgrades include elevator for those in need (please let me know if you need the elevator - it is turned on as needed. Although there is an elevator, the property has standard sized doors and does not have handicap railings in tubs and showers. Please check with me with wheel chair dimensions so we can make sure door openings are wide enough), soaring ceilings, flat-screen TV's in all 5 bedrooms, ceiling fans in every single room, top-notch appliances and cabinetry, stunning bay and ocean views, two master suites, hardwood, bamboo and tile flooring throughout (no carpeting), central air conditioning with separate thermostats on all three levels, 7 TVs (flat screens with Roku in each of the five bedrooms and flat screens in both living rooms), high speed wireless Internet, balcony access from every bedroom, both living rooms and dining room, and more!!! The list goes on!
The first floor features bamboo flooring throughout. This floor has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and private balcony. One of the bedrooms is a master suite, with a private attached full bathroom and a brand new king size memory foam mattress . There is also another full bathroom that has hall access and also private access from one of the bedrooms. Full size washer and dryer are also on the first floor.
The second floor is designed with family living in mind. The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops, complemented by upgraded cabinetry. The oversized dining room is the perfect gathering space for family meals. But not only can you prepare and enjoy dining, you can also relax! Take your pick - there are two separate living rooms. The front living room has a flat screen TV and panoramic bay views off of the balcony. The back living room has a soaring cathedral ceiling, comfortable lounge seating, flat screen TV, high-speed Internet station, and balcony access. There is also another full bath on this level. Every room on this level has a ceiling fan with hardwood flooring throughout.
The third floor also has hardwood flooring and is home to the grand master suite. Breathtaking bay views off of the balcony and soaring cathedral ceiling with two level windows make this room a one-of-a-kind retreat. enjoy the luxurious, brand new king size memory foam mattress. The attached master bathroom, with oversized shower and jacuzzi tub, is top-notch with beautiful tilework and hardware throughout. Also on the third floor is the 'ocean bedroom'. The ocean views off of the balcony will take your breath away! This oversized bedroom has a cathedral ceiling. Both rooms have ceiling fans. It feels like an oasis on the third floor! You'll love it!
Now that we've painted the interior picture of our home, it's time to venture outside! Beach? Bay? Pool? Pick your pleasure - pick all 3!! This bay side home is only 100 yards to the ocean via private beach path, only used by Salt Meadows owners and tenants (with only 20 townhomes in all, the beach is never crowded and always peaceful!). The private neighborhood pool is meticulously maintained (so close - 30 second walk from the front door) and features a bath house with two bathrooms and plenty of lounge chairs and unbrellas. And the private bay front can't be beat! Take the lovely, 2 minute walk down the private bay path and enjoy fishing and crabbing off of the pier, sunbathing on the sandy bayfront beach, and relaxing in the cabana which features a screened in dining area, porch and decking for bayside family gatherings. Many of our guests have commented on how beautiful the bay beach is and how much fun they've had fishing, crabbing and simply relaxing there! We even had guests celebrate their wedding at the bayside cabana! You can catch waves in the morning at the ocean , float in the pool after lunch, and relax bayside while enjoying incredible sunset views. Without ever getting in your car!! Sounds like a perfect day! Property is only about a 2 minute drive to Fenwick Island State Park where you can enjoy beach, concessions, bath house, and umbrella rentals.

Fenwick Island is a charming town with a great location. Just a few miles north are the Bethany beaches and boardwalk. Head in the other direction and you'll be in Ocean City in a jiffy. And for more fun, take a ride to Rehoboth (about 20 minutes drive) and enjoy the boardwalk and awesome outlet shopping!! Or take the two minute drive to Fenwick island State Park. Fun in every direction!
