Sarasota Bay Pool Home has been beautifully updated and rests in the Sarasota Bay (high end) neighborhood on the corner of a quiet street....it’s peaceful and serene setting with everything you are looking for to have a memorable vacation with family and friends. It’s dog friendly, has 3 large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, newly furnished and updated with a heated pool and spa surrounded by lush native greenery. The bedrooms are large, all mattresses are high end and brand new and all 3 have their own en-suite bathrooms and wall mounted TV’s for streaming your favorite shows. There are 5 TV's total.
Extreme Pro Internet with download speeds up to 600 Mbps so no problem with multiple people using the internet for Zoom meetings! Two separate desks for working as well. Cable service includes 125+ channels in the living room and includes premium channel upgrades for kids & family and sports & news.
The screened pool and patio area is spacious with plenty of seating for everyone with a new BBQ grill located just outside the screened area. This lovely lanai has an outdoor TV and a fire pit for cool Floridian evenings.
You’re more than welcome to park your large vehicle inside the oversized garage completed with epoxy flooring.
Dining for 6 at the dining table for 4 in the kitchen, 3 at the bar and another 6 outside.
The couches are all high end leather and fully electric reclinable.... aah...relaxing!! The remote gas fireplace throws off heat when you set it to for those 2 or 3 chilly days in the winter... otherwise just enjoy the ambiance of the flickering flames on low.
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bath and the two main baths open into the bedrooms. Please note that the master has a WC (water closet) with door but the 2nd bedroom's toilet is just tucked around a corner and cannot be closed off. Just remember to shut the bedroom door! The bedrooms all have gorgeous walk in closets with upscale built-ins for your clothing. Plenty of room!!!
New skylights bring in the light so the house always feels bright and inviting.
The patio is your own private oasis complete with a propane fire pit, comfy couches, eating space, a TV and a huge heated salt-water pool and spa. Pool/spa heat is extra and can be turned on and off by the week. Ask us.
10 minutes to Nokomis Beach. 14 minutes to Siesta Key. 12 minutes to downtown Venice and 25 minutes to downtown Sarasota. A Walmart Supercenter & the Osprey Post Office is just 0.3 miles away.. no need to even drive. There is a circular driveway in the front of the house and a two car garage with drive on the side as well. Plenty of room!!
Enjoy the lush landscaping. There is a bench in the yard where you can sit, meditate and enjoy the tropics. Sarasota Bay is across the street and you can catch glimpses of the gorgeous sunsets in-between the houses. The pool has a lovely new filtration system and is salt water. Pool/spa heat available for an extra charge.
One dog only will be considered with prior permission. NO aggressive breeds. Ask us for permission first please. An additional pet fee must be applied. Although the total occupancy is 9 people, we prefer a maximum of SIX for longer periods of time with a maximum of nine visiting for just a few days.
