Summary: The host is very nice and is very responsive. It's an old fashioned check in process where you need to use keys, and msg host when you arrive. I would describe the unit as an already lived in condo, and not resort standards. Some dishes were put away dirty. Lotion marks from past guest was still on the nightstand. Caked on dust within reachable items. Chairs and couch need to be cleaned. Curtains are stained. Rusty microwave and fridge. Burners on stove are missing pieces. There r no handles on outside glass doors. Beach chairs in condo are not in working conditioning, and snorkeling equipment is not cleaned after each guest use. Received one big, one hand and one wash rag per guest, all from mismatched sets. Stayed for two weeks and received two rolls of toilet paper, one paper towel, two garbage bags, broken shampoo and conditioner bottles and a wet opened box of soap for three guests. The beach pictures are exactly as described. We walked to coki beach almost everyday. Point pleasant resort is beautiful, lots of walking trails. When looking at the map this unit is in building 34. It's not a far distance from the beach but it is a very steep walk. Going down is easy, coming back up is difficult. Resort provides transportation to get around the resort. The price was high for the lack of resort standards and working/clean amenities within the unit. We booked again, but booked through the resort to receive resort standards at a cost savings.
