Villa Mydi is a charming and luxury Provence style villa, tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standard. Just a short 300meters stroll from the sandy Canadel beach, and 20 km drive to the trendy St Tropez and its sophisticated atmosphere.
Located in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez with stunning views as far as the eye can see of the Mediterranean sea, Cap Negre, Cap Bénat and the Isle of Porquerolles and the surrounding hills. Perfect place for relaxed family holidays in the Cote d'Azur-Provence.
Villa Mydi is completely renovated on two levels. Its lovely garden enjoys sun on its terraces (one covered) throughout the day and has a large selection of plants and Mediterranean flowers.
There is ample outdoor furniture to relax: sun loungers, tables and chairs and table tennis.
You can choose to relax on the local sandy beaches of Canadel and Rayol, or nearby Cavalière just two minute away by car. All have ample parking, good bars/restaurants and facilities. There are of course boats for hire, sailing tuition, scuba diving and many more activities to be enjoyed in the beautiful clear blue sea.
On the first floor, there is a large living dining room with, TV LCD sat channels, CD and DVD player open onto a dining terrace to dine al fresco with spectacular sea views and sunsets.
Two bedrooms with either a double bed each. One has a door onto a private balcony with sea view (“Turquoise”) and the second one (“Anis”) has panoramic views of the hills, can accommodate a cot on request. One bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC.
Downstairs there is a family suite with 2 bedrooms with connecting door, open onto terraces and garden: the master bedroom “Baroque” with a double bed, bathroom ensuite (bath, separate WC) and 1 twin bed “Océane”, can be triple on request (a third single or a baby cot).
The new Italian design and fully equipped fitted kitchen includes all set for a really relaxing holiday in the sun.
