Summary: This property has great value. We needed a 2 BR and this was one of the better options that we had found. The apartment is not very big but that is expected for Tokyo. Our stay was close to the train, it was about a 5-minute walk. The convenience and location and cost was great. Some of the issues that we had experienced were; 1. The air conditioner in a main bedroom was very loud. We only ran it a few times. Opening the windows definitely helped. 2. The cooking utensils and kitchenware was limited. While we did eat out most of the time, we still enjoy cooking in. There was only one pan that was able to be used on the induction cooktop. 3. The apartment was advertised on the second floor, however it is on the 4th floor. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay for the value. If you are going to stay more than 3 or 4 days I might look elsewhere. Our stay was only 3 days long and it worked out well.
