Positive: We took our family to the Grand Fiesta Americana for Thanksgiving. We couldn't have had a better time. The resort was amazing, the service was exceptional, and the food was awesome.
Negative: The only thing we didn't like was that the ice cream shop closed at 5 every day. We all wished it stayed open until later in the evening so that our little ones could have had an ice cream treat after dinner.
Summary: I would highly recommend this resort!
