Great time to disconnect from the hectic hustle of life and get back to enjoying time with family and friends. Guests with a boat --- this house does not have a dock but there is a local boat ramp. High lift marina is across from the house (8-10 min drive) for easy access to load and unload any personal watercraft or boats along with beach access for the kids to enjoy across the cove.
