Summary: We had issues with our tv the entire time we were there. I understand I don’t travel to watch tv but …. I even had the tv switched out and still had an issue. At check out I was told it was a service provider issue and they were getting a new provider. I call BS. The tv would go on, we would change channels, it would shut off. Would turn it on and it would shut off again. It did this for 4 days. Incredibly disappointed. No offer of a credit to my account or anything. The manager I felt was condescending.
