The large primary suite views the pool and has ample dresser storage space, with a cozy sitting area. The primary suite has excellent natural lighting and an ultra-quiet ceiling light/fan.
Attached to the primary suite, through sliding barn doors, is an updated bathroom with a double sink, a glass and tiled shower, large soaking tub, separate water closet and a spacious walk-in closet.
Guest rooms: front (king bed) and middle (2 twins) are well-appointed with comfortable beds, hotel-quality linens, new Coop pillows and USB connections for charging on both sides of the bed.
NEW top-rated mattress (Avocado Green king pillow-top organic) in primary suite, hotel quality linens and new Coop pillows in all bedrooms. Four new tvs, including two new 65” matching Samsung NEO QLEDs in primary suite and main room. Two new 43” LG TVs in both guest bedrooms. Top-rated, new LG ThinQ stacking combo washer/dryer. All new and comfortable indoor/outdoor furniture throughout.
The home sits on a very quiet street with a playground at the end of the street that includes a basketball court, including a just added 7 foot rim for small ones and access to Grayhawk walking and biking trails.
Transit:
Prestigious location, 4 min from Grayhawk Golf Club (Raptor and Talon), Grayhawk Dining. A few minutes to the 101 freeway where you can head south to Talking Stick Casino, WestWorld, Barrett-Jackson, Scottsdale Stadiums, Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping and dining corridors and Old Town with Art Galleries, Fashion Square and great bars and restaurants. House is very close to several hiking trails. The Gateway loop and others are within five minutes by car. (PHX) Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is 24 minutes by car, depending on time of day and traffic.
HOUSE RULES:
- Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.
- Quiet Hours 10 pm to 6 am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Children must be supervised at all times. Side yard gate and auto-closing slider from house to pool must be closed and locked when children are at the property. Combo lock is provided for side yard gate. Front door is accessed via electronic SMART lock with code provided by owner. No physical house keys provided.
- No smoking allowed on premises.
- No parking in the street overnight. Park in driveway or in the two in-garage spots available with two provided garage door openers. Third garage spot is reserved for owner's stored and covered car. No RV parking.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- NO PETS: unfortunately, due to our extreme allergies and guest preference, we cannot accept pets of any kind. Thank you for kindly obeying this rule.
- BBQ: Clean the BBQ grill before leaving
- Trash: Excess trash, that does not fit in the large provided trash cans must be removed by guests.
