We think that this is a perfect location in scottsdale. This is a non smoking, no pets 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in a gated community near HW 101 in North Scottsdale. You will have easy access to all that Scottsdale has to offer and easy access to all spring training complexes. There is a community pool that is heated in the winter. It is close to shopping, movies, golf, spring training and many more activities. The condo is best suited for 4 people, but there is a 2 person blow up mattress available for guests and the dining set seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (new as of August 2017), dishes, flatware and cookware, There is plenty of towels and bedding for your use. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. We have a furnished covered patio, with access from the living room and the master bed room. It is equipped with a BBQ. There is a high end grocery and Starbucks with in walking distance. The McDowell Mountain Aquatic and Fitness Center is less that one mile from the complex. There is plenty of hiking and biking nearby and a park with tennis & basketball courts right outside the complex. There are numerous golf courses within 10 miles of the condo. Everything that you need for a great stay in Scottsdale.
