3 Bedroom House in North Creek, Lennox Head

Megans beach house is very well located, stylish, air conditioned family home.
We are walking distance to everything Lennox has to offer. Only 1-7min stroll to Bowlo, Pub, cafes etc & 7 mile bch.
No car is required.
Our kitchen is well appointed and newly renovated.
We have 2 full bathrooms including a new ensuite off the main b/room.
Included is a private courtyard & garden area.
Lake Ainsworth is a 10 min walk.
By car Ballina airport is 15 mins, Coolangatta 50 min & Byron Bay 20 mins.
The space
Megans Beach House is extremely well located in the heart of Lennox Head, in a peaceful area & a short walking distance to everything Lennox has to offer.
We have 3 bedrooms all with built ins. The spacious lounge has bamboo flooring, loads of natural light and includes a 65cm smart tv. (We include Netflix & Binge plus hi speed wifi)
We have a new reverse cycle aircon to cool the house in summer and warm the house in winter.
The kitchen is newly renovated, well appointed and has all modern appliances.
We have a private garden area & alfresco courtyard equipped with bbq and seating area.
Our home is only ajoining to another garage at the very back of the house and is all one level, making it just like being in a house! No stairs.
*Hi speed wifi is unlimited.
Guest access
All parts of the space are for our guests only and are all private. The only area not accessible is the garage which is used for storage. Parking is available on the street directly outside Megans Beach House.
Other things to note
Take a walk down to Lake Ainsworth. You will see surf club kiosk. Great coffee and cheap and cheerful food (and amazing view). One of my favourite places!
Great for kids too.
Follow pacific pde back into town (if you want to see all the restaurants Lennox has to offer) and Williams St is next. Open breakfast, lunch and dinner (dinner 4 nights a week) Food is good and reasonable price.
More for the grown ups I would recommend Shelter.
Lovely for sunset drinks later in the week. Great food & service.
The Lennox bowlo is the usual bowling club and is in Stewart at & has raffles, a large outside area, air conditioned inside & good for kids.
Lennox point hotel. The Only pub in town. Usually food specials in bar downstairs during the week. A cheaper option. Steak night on Mondays is a favourite.
Beef and Beach is upstairs with amazing views and great steaks. Can be pricey but the view is worth it.
As you head into town you have a new hamburger place called Slicks. Good for takeaways.
Quattro has great Italian Pizza and good ambience.
Fishy fishy is next. Good for takeaway or sit in. BYO. Mr Tipsey (Asian fusion) is next and popular.
There are quite a few daytime cafes, all with good coffee & food.
Shortys (a bar) is good for a wine, cocktail or beer and something to eat.
The diner is near shortys but overpriced.
Mexican is across the road.
Pizza and pasta is more old school Pizza with loads of toppings and great for the family, takeaway or sit in.
Tip - book before you go. Lennox gets very busy in the holiday season.
Don’t forget to do the walk up to Pat Morton lookout. Great views and lovely walk.
If you go up the stairs and walk further you will get to Boulders Beach. Absolutely stunning.

Summary: The property was beautifully presented and clean. Very spacious and catered for us all so easily. The location was ideal and with an (extremely) easy walk to the bowling club and beautiful morning strolls down to the bakery for a coffee in the mornings. The owner/property manager was a breeze to deal with and very responsive and helpful with any queries we had. Would definitely return.
