Thoughtful touches and tasteful décor abound in this wonderfully updated ranch home that is sure to delight with the fenced backyard that is perfect for kids and pets alike!
The Space:
Entering the home will take you into the comfortably appointed living area with ample seating around a coffee table and flat screen TV. Through the living space is a completely refinished and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a full kitchen, and all of the necessary cooking essentials for a home-cooked meal, along with bar seating. The open concept kitchen opens out to a dining table with seating for six and a chalkboard wall where we invite you to tell us what you love about the home and the area! Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide sleeping for 6 with two queen bedrooms and a bedroom with a king bed. The third bedroom has a private work area with chair and desk for the mobile worker of the family to enjoy our free high-speed wifi. The two full bathrooms with tubs have tile showers and freshly refinished cabinets with plenty of space for families and kids.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the full house and property! self-check-in with a door code that we provide 24 hours prior to check in. As a result, you can come and go as you please to provide maximum leisure, privacy, and security.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is located north of downtown Columbus in a residential area. Please respect our house rules of no parties and quiet hours after 10PM.
Getting Around:
This is a residential area, so we encourage driving, but Uber and Lyft are readily available in Columbus

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
