3 Bedroom House in Belgrade

Enjoy beautiful sunset views over Great Pond from the porch of this upscale cottage with all the comforts of home.
The shallow swimming area is great for kids and dogs. The lake bottom is a combination of sand and rocks, great for swimming, no weeds or moss.
We replaced the living room furniture in 2022. There are also new mattresses on all the upstairs bedrooms to ensure a good night sleep.
Easy drive to Belgrade village, Oakland, Waterville, Augusta for dining, shopping and entertainment.
Boat mooring and dock are provided. You can wade or swim out to the mooring.
If you want to bring your own linens let us know when you book and we will waive the Linen Fee.

Summary: This was our third year in a row spending most of August at the wonderful Loons nest! Brent and Sarah are great and responsive hosts. The views and water are incomparable and the cabin itself has all of the modern conveniences while maintaining a rustic charm. It is one of our favorite places in the world and hope to be back next year!
