With 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, Hale O Sol Seeker is perfect for multiple couples, families, small groups, or even a single couple who wants a bit more space to spread out.
Centrally located just a short 30 minute drive from Keahole-Kona International Airport in Waikoloa Village about 6 miles from the world famous white sand beaches of the Kohala Coast, Hale O Sol Seeker is conveniently located no matter what interests you: beaches, hiking, surfing, fishing, SCUBA diving/snorkeling, golf, tennis, relaxing by the pool, strolling the beautifully maintained grounds, or even just watching the sunset from the lanai.
Hale O Sol Seeker is located at about 800 feet elevation for a beautiful distant ocean view and tropical breezes which keep the space comfortable year-round. Waikoloa Village is located north of Kailua-Kona between the Waikoloa Beach Resorts and Waimea. Waimea is home to the world-famous Parker Ranch and surrounded by an assortment of wonderful restaurants. This also starts your drive to the Big Island’s incredible water falls, botanical gardens, the town of Hilo, Volcanoes National Park, and much more.
As you enter the Sol Seeker condo, you will be welcomed by warm, waterproof white oak floors that lead through the entry way into the well-appointed kitchen on your left, and beyond to the spacious great room with its vaulted ceilings and stellar view.
The kitchen has new cabinets, a large and expansive waterfall countertop with seating for four to keep the chef of the group company. All major appliances include a large refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and kitchen sink with a garbage disposer have been updated.
Each bedroom has private access to a separate bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, vaulted ceiling, an expansive bathroom with a large walk in shower, high volume ceiling fan, and personal access to lanai. The front bedroom has a queen bed, large sliding mirror closet doors, vaulted ceiling, high volume ceiling fan, and private access to a separate bathroom. The loft bedroom has two twin beds (which can be converted to a king size bed with provided "King Maker" kit for added comfort), vaulted ceiling, high volume ceiling fan, and its own updated personal bathroom and large closet.
The dining room has a hanging opaque glass light over a round glass dining table where you can dine, play cards or games, or just use it for puzzles as you will most likely be eating outside on the lanai. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, high volume ceiling fan, floor to ceiling windows to view the great outdoors, and large sliding glass door to the lanai.
Relax on the spacious lanai with glass table, chairs, lounge, and newly updated wet bar. View the rolling green lawn, tropical plants, swaying palms, the Pacific Ocean coastline, and Maui in the distance. Have your dinners on the lanai during the spectacular Hawaiian sunsets as the sun descends behind swaying palm branches to the blue ocean below.
The condo has its own large washer and dryer, high-speed internet / WiFi, streaming television, and a local telephone line. Everything you need is provided from a fully accessorized kitchen, to the bath towels, linens, beach towels, and Tommy Bahama folding beach chairs.
The condo complex features 2 heated swimming pools with cabanas, each with it's own jacuzi and Bar-B-Q grills. There are also shaded areas to BBQ, eat, and rest pool side or enjoy the sun's relaxing rays on a chez lounge.
The Waikoloa Village Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., driving range, and clubhouse are located a short 5-minute walk away. Near the golf course club house is an additional Olympic size swimming pool and 2 tennis courts that are also available to our guests.
The Waikoloa Village shopping center located less than a mile away contains a wonderful supermarket where you can buy groceriers, exotic tropical fruits and vegetables, as well as traditional foods. It also has restaurants (including the award winning Pueos Osteria), snack bars, health food store, bank, gas station, post office, print shop, wine shop, beauty salon, and more. Take the car or enjoy a leisurely 10-minute early morning or evening stroll.
