This cozy unit has been completely remodeled from top to bottom! It is the perfect home away from home as it is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, flatware, luxe towels, linens, toiletries, snacks, coffee, tea- you name it we have it! Did we mention that there is a pool and hot tub right outside your door? Great place in close proximity to boutique shops, restaurants, golfing and hiking. Awesome place to get away from the downtown noise, but still be in the heart of it all.
The Space:
This private space features two bedrooms with award winning mattresses and luxe linens. The unit is accented with recessed lighting and featured with an all new kitchen, bathroom, paint, flooring, and furnishings. Extremely quiet space tucked away from the noise. Pool and hot tub are free for your use from 9 am until 10 pm.
Guest Access:
The entire space is yours! The unit features private access and a driveway for your use. The pool and hot tub are shared between a few of the units, but the other units are not always booked.
The Neighborhood:
This historic neighborhood is nestled near Golden Hill and Barrio Logan and just east of Balboa Park and Downtown San Diego. Get ready to explore the eclectic mix of independent boutiques, cafes, and taverns…you won’t be disappointed!
Getting Around:
Some of the top San Diego attractions such as the Gaslamp District, Convention Center, Little Italy, Petco Park, and Coronado are all a quick ride away. We suggest using Uber or Lyft to get around.

We are taking extra precautions to make sure our guests are safe during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Each unit is:
1. Disinfected thoroughly upon entering unit with solution containing at least 70% alcohol.
2. Cleaners are wearing masks and gloves at ALL times during the unit cleaning. Gloves are properly disposed after each use.
3. Lysol spray kills 99.9% of germs and is used on all surfaces and furniture in unit.
4. We pay extra attention to areas that are touched regularly, such as doorknobs, drawer pulls, the toilet flush lever, faucet handles, remote controls, and light switches.
5. Linens and towels are washed on the warmest setting.
6. Clothing hampers are cleaned and disinfected after each stay.
7. We provide ample hand soap, paper towels, tissue, and cleaning supplies in each unit for your use.
8. All surfaces are completely wiped down with disinfectant solution, we wait 3-5 minutes before wiping a sprayed surface to give it time to disinfect.
In addition: We offer weekly cleanings for our long term stays with linen and towel turnover service.
