The Garden Level Suite is completely private from the Upper Level Suite, each one with private entrances at opposite ends of the property, separated by hedges. Each suite has their own large private yard and deck with no shared areas whatsoever.
Please note for monthly rentals, utilities are not included in the rates. The utilities are shared 2/3 for Upper Level Suite and 1/3 for Garden Level Suite.
