Beautiful Green Lake home in Caledonia, Michigan! Just 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, this peaceful lakefront property is perfect for boating, swimming, kayaking, fishing, and paddle boarding. The home sits on a hill 30 feet above the lake and offers breathtaking sunset views from the deck and hot tub. The house sleeps 11 but there's room for 12 - 14 if guests are OK using our 2 queen air mattresses.
The space
This luxurious 2,600 SF fully furnished home has 3 levels. The main floor consists of the family room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and cozy sitting room which can also serve as a 5th bedroom. It has retractable barn doors and a pull-out queen futon bed.
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and an awesome home theatre room:

- Queen Bed + Crib
- Bunk Room (2 bunk beds + an additional twin bed)
The basement level walks out to the hot tub and offers a spacious living room w/ a flatscreen tv, full bath, and the primary suite w/ king bed. If needed, we have 2 queen blow up mattresses available for guests. Plenty of space for these on this lower level.
New stairs down to the water were just installed and provide access to 65 feet of lake frontage complete with a new dock, paddle boards, kayaks, and a great fishing spot. The lake level also has a firepit area stocked with wood. Guests are highly encouraged to bring their fishing poles and any water toys you wish to enjoy.
