The second bedroom offers a full or queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. Each room is tastefully decorated and designed for both comfort and function.
In the fall of 2024, all carpeting was removed and replaced with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the condo. This stylish update has brought a fresh, modern look to the space, and we're excited to share it with our guests.
The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Myrtle Beach. Unwind on the comfortable sofa, loveseat, or accent chair while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with cable. Large windows let in natural light and offer peaceful views of the pond, which you can enjoy from your private balcony just off the living area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes full-sized appliances, a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, double sink, and generous cabinet space. We've provided all the essentials you'll need to prepare meals, including cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a large table and chairs, perfect for gathering around to share a meal. For those who prefer to dine out, there are numerous restaurants just a short walk or drive away. Popular delivery services such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates are also available in the area.
The first guest bedroom, located just behind the kitchen, features two twin beds, a television, two spacious closets, a nightstand, and a dresser. This space is ideal for two guests.
