Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely house is close to various top attractions in Dublin, such as the Book of Kells, the National Museum of Ireland, and many good restaurants scattered around the area.
This house has a cosy living room, where you can relax after a long day exploring the city.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal.
There are three bedrooms, each containing a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Our beautiful neighbourhood is home to some of Dublin's best attractions, restaurants and bars. Our EPIC, The Irish Emigration Museum, is a must-see, as is The Jeanie Johnston: An Irish Famine Story. Luke Kelly Sculpture and The Five Lamps are also popular tourist destinations. City Kayaking is a fun way to explore the city, and Saint Joseph's Catholic Church is a beautiful example of Romanesque architecture. For foodie lovers, The Gibson Hotel and ELY BAR and GRILL are two of the best restaurants in town. Harbourmaster, herb street, Musashi IFSC Noodle, and Sushi bar are some of the best places to take a takeaway. And for train travellers, Docklands train station is just a 4-minute walk away! 1. Luas Red Line (Tram) - Spencer Dock stop is 4 minutes from the house and will take you to two city centre stops (Abbey Street or Jervis Centre). It will also get you directly to Connolly or Heuston Train stations for national journeys.
2. 151 bus from the 2279 stop at Caledon Road in East Wall - 5 minutes walk, which brings you to Eden Quay in the city centre.
3. Uber is active in Dublin.
4. GoCar is a service where you can rent cars by hour or day in the city. There are several available car 'stops' near our house. Set up an account a week before arriving to avoid delays.
5. Dublin Bikes have a station within a 10-minute walk from the house.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
