NOTE: The apartment is in a residential building, and guests should respect the "silence" period and not make noise between 23h and 7h. Parking in the garage is only for a small car, and maneuvering is difficult. Street parking, although free, is busy during rush hours.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
