Summary: The hotel was very tired it needs some TLC. Information book in room was torn and damaged reported they had no replacement. The drink and menu information in the room were all out of date price wise . The menu in restaurant showed a discretionary payment of 4.5% when the bill came it was 7.5% it was taken automatically, the meaning of discretionary did not apply you just took it. Breakfast white sliced bread no choice, cheap fatty streaky bacon would expect more for the £15. The tea tray in the room was short of things. Regarding eco friendly somebody was running water all day on the 9th July when the country is in the middle of a very hot summer when water is precious?
